Would not recommend to Hitler, no sign of the "bureau" when we arrived at the fort, turns out they have nothing to do with Alhambra and are simply posing as such. Tickets were payed for in advance, whereafter their communication abruptly seized and one ticket booth after the other referred us forward in a bewildering half-english. Seriously, go through official channels.

Contrary to what the site would have you believe, it is not associated with the Alhambra in any way, but a tourist agency, and a shady one at that. We bought tickets for a tour through them, but when we arrived, there was no sign of our guide or our tickets and nobody there knew who this company was. They have not replied to our attempt to contact them since. Avoid these people at all costs! Buy the tickets through official channels or another aganecy.
