Not nice. I used them for a Driveway extension project and my project was forwarded to Home Advisor and other places as a Masonry Deck so I got people calling me about a deck and not a driveway extension.. And to add insult, the owner of the company sends me an unprofessional email back talking about a DOCK when I never even said that so totally unsure of where he got that from. and instead of trying to figure out why that happened he blasts me and calls me a whiner.. total jerk and yeah I called him an asshole and jerk because I have never had anyone in a professional setting behave like that.

When searching for a contractor I found ***** and filled out the form to find a good contractor. Although they didn't have any official members in my area, I was still connected with a few contractors that were able to give me an estimate. The website was very informative in helping me find a good contractor. I downloaded the Estimate Request Checklist and asked every contractor I called the questions that Patrick Mattingley recommneded I asked. After getting the answers from each of them, my choice was easy! I called Patrick Mattingley the owner of ***** and he didn't hesitate for 1 second to help me. I'm glad I called because he helped me make the right decision. Great guy! Don't trust anyone else! AllAboutDriveways was by far the best choice when it came to finding a contractor and vetting them for me!! SUGGESTION: Be wary of websites like WOT that do not verify reviews. My verify has not been verified so I'm assuming the others haven't either.

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with All About Driveways and the owner Patrick Mattingley. I recently had a new driveway installed by a guy knocking on doors in the neighborhood and within a few days I started noticing things that had me concerned. I began doing research and stumbled upon the website All About Driveways. I filed a complaint against a company that installed my driveway (NOT from All About Driveways) and within minutes Patrick Mattingley called me. Patrick was nothing short of educational and extremely helpful. I could tell that he was 100% legitimate because he didn't make any promises. Right up front he told me, "I'm not saying you're right and I'm not saying you're wrong. What you may consider a bad job may or may not be. I'm going to need to get all of the facts from you and if I think you were ripped off, I can assure you I will go after the company and do whatever I can to help." He is very thorough and after getting pictures of my driveway along with a copy of the agreement from me he called the company. After questioning them and getting their side of the story, only then did he come to a conclusion. He's not a "shoot first ask questions later" kind of guy. He is honest, fair and was helpful in every way I could ever ask for. In the end, Patrick pressured that company to come back to my home and fix my driveway. I would HIGHLY recommend All About Driveways and Patrick Mattingley to anyone. Extremely helpful and an all around great guy!
