Compared to other wireless phone companies, Alltel is my least favorite. They will be completely verizon soon and I'm hoping they'll just get rid of alltel completely. I said it was a good site, because they do give you a lot of info; you just have to get used to their format. Although, I do recommend calling them up because they have wonderful customer service people.

This web site is poorly done here is know to contact they will try to call your cell phone and not leave you alone very poor company

I have had Alltel for years now. Took me 4 ever to get a cell phone. started with sprint and would never recommend them if my life depended on it. The only thing that really bugs me about there site is having to have pop ups allowed. I hate that

I've used AllTel for over five years. Always paid online via their secure customer portal with no problems. Their cellular service is excellent. Thogh this may change now that they've been bought out by Verizon :/

For the size and type of company, ***** has one of the slowest websites on the internet. I can't understand why a telecommunication ICON doesn't seem to care whether thier customers are happy using thier website,even though they keep encouraging use of the web.
