I'm guessing that the site was either hijacked, or else they temporarily lost their domain name, and it was switched over to a parking site. Or, and this is a remote possibility, that they previously subscribed to some bad advertising vendors. This is, as of right now, July 25, 2013, a legitimate site.

Very confusing comments from others. It's a gem grading group that teaches and certifies jewelers in the ability to grade stones. I did not find anything 'scamish' at all and did not see downloads of any type.
