Is amis.net Safe?

amis.net hosts quite a few spammers and doesn't take any actions against them whatsoever and a rat's arse about their own ToS. amiš.net is a spammer friendly ISP based in Slovenia and won't do anything about spamcop reports! Have received more than 300 spam e-mails from these domains, all hosted at amis.net: cdtrgovina.com, cdtrgovina.si, kupujpoceni.info, domlek.info, domlek.si, e-nakup.si, e-nakup.com, bfg-marine.com, *****, adriaticbounce.com, adriaticyachts.com, alena56.com, bfg-onlineshop.si Quite probably there are many more domains all registered by the same team of spammers. Eventhough I filed reports with spamcop.net, these reports were sent to abuse@amis.net, amis.net took no action whatsovever, and these persons still keep sending out spam. This is, by the way, a breach of the Slovenian and EU laws. amis.net even denied providing services for these spammers, they still won't cut them off. All they did was opt me out of the spam mails [in such a way that spam still keeps coming]. Have plenty of evidence. Shame on you, amiš.net! Shame on you!
