Great software, great company. These ratings are because of spambots that have most likely hijacked the domain.

I've never had a problem with them or their software, and I've used their software for about a decade, even before they were Apimac. I don't understand the negative ratings. I also checked the link provided and the status shows "NOT Listed on URIBL"
