No costumer service No refund No app, just a non customizable web site

Overall it is a good site, I've purchased their software without any issue from them. However their software isn't exactly user friendly in my opinion especially since it is completely web-based. Which seems pointless for me to even download the app. Another thing - after I spent near $200 for their software, they made it free and started in-app purchases, not really happy about it. But again the site is good.
