Is apps.rackspace.com Safe?

Rackspace is a dependable site. The company provides email hosting, Microsoft Office 365, Cloud services, and much more. Their tech support services are located in the USA and is top notch. Not only will you find a friendly, understanding voice on the other end of the phone, but the tech support personnel will patiently work with you to understand and resolve any issues you have. Of all the Internet services I utilize, Rackspace ranks right up there on top. No lengthy waits on your end of the phone with endless recycling of really poor elevator music while you are in the queue. Instead, in under a minute you get to talk to a real person who believe that his/her job is to serve the customer. Wish I could move all my services and resources to this one highly reccommended and excellent company!
