This website puts out false and inaccurate information about people and ruins peoples lives! Needs to be shut done if they can’t even get their information they are putting out correct. It’s way worse then blackmail when it’s false info to begin with!
Helpful
This is little more than a blackmail site. Untrustworthy.

Shameless muckraking and blackmail for a fee serve no one but the site owner. Because these unreliable records are shared by a plethora of similar sites, the notion that one can pay to get a record removed is a travesty and an injustice to those who were arrested but never charged with a crime.
2
some of the arrests are real, however may of the images are very shocking *deep voice* viewer discretion is advised.

This sites lists all photos and records of people arrested. Then to get anything taken down you have to pay an extortion , or in their words service fee. To me, this is extortion, plain and simple.

Violates Florida Right of Publicity Law Florida's statutory right of publicity creates a property right held by an individual in his or her name and likeness. See Loft v. Fuller, 408 So.2d 619 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1981). Florida's statute, Fla. Stat. Ann. § 540.08, protects a person's: name portrait photograph, and likeness. Federal, State and Local US Government charges fees for Public Records. Webmaster's DoS attack (automated throttling) and steal data from all levels of government to be used to extort US citizen's. The US government adds new victims daily and refuses to stop the extortionist and refuses to allow citizen's to buy their freedom from the US Government's repression. Craig Wiggen: "Ex-con Rob Wiggen gets hate mail daily for running a website that hosts 4 million mug shots." ***** "There will be a charge of $24.00 against your credit card for each name search performed, regardless of search results." ***** 4,000,000 x $24 = $96,000,000 Million
