ArtPal has not responded to any of my emails about why they canceled the order I paid 200 through Venmo for. Yes Venmo. I thought it was odd but did it because I had purchased something from the artist before. So why not right? Well I paid they cancelled and won’t pay me back or respond. So they are thief’s. When purchasing they will communicate but not when doing the right thing. Frustrating I was planning to be a repeat customer and spend more money but apparently that’s not what they are about.

Initially, sold two prints, one mug. Then, long period no sales. Suspected ArtPal uses algorithms to fake customer viewing worldwide but can't prove. BUT viewers from Canada, Moscow, Taiwan, Brazil shown as viewing same four images in same order. Can that be real? Then, new four print order arrived which Artpal cancelled. They said images not sharp enough. Asked to resubmit. But image submissions complied with pixel requirement. Many emails to them, asked why cancellation when I complied with posting requirements. No response, then cancelled me from the site.

Almost no one sells their art on this site. Only a few people do. I draw photo realistically, and even lowered my prices wayyy down, like lower than what is considered best price, and I still didn't make any profit after years. Not a legit site, I've read many negative reviews.

I've tried to reach out to artpal about some artwork I purchased that never arrived and I emailed 5-10 times over the last month with no response.

I'm a photographer and seller on ArtPal.com. ArtPal's helpdesk has just proven its reliability and customer focus, by helping me out on adequately and quickly solving a complex technical problem. This extra effort was offered to me free of charge. The way ArtPal assisted and approached me surely represents the reliability of the company as a whole, towards both sellers and buyers. I have reasons enough to check the "good site" box and would check the "absolutely excellent" box if possible. (By the way: my real name is Paul van der Zijden, I am Dutch and this is not a fake comment.)

We love this site! Best site available for displaying and marketing art. We've already told about a half-dozen artists about it.

I had just started selling my gourd art on ArtPal and sold a large gourd during the first week! It’s super easy to load photos and complete the details. Instructions for setting up one's gallery are clear and easy to follow, and the order payment was deposited immediately into my PayPal account.

There's nothing wrong with this site. I guess one person had a low opinion of the site's goals and rated it poorly. I've never been spammed, misdirected, or otherwise given reason to think this is a site to be avoided. It's just a place for people to show and possibly sell their artwork.

What a fabulous website!! I have been struggling with website builders for months, they are SO slow, SO glitchy and you have to do literally everything yourself, it takes forever. ArtPal is totally amazing, images upload really fast, even big ones, the site looks fabulous, and it just seems real easy to handle, compared to other options I've tried. Well done, keep up the good work!

ArtPal is an upstart site apparently intended to compete with Fine Art America. ArtPal's owners attempted to lure Fine Art America artists to their site by spamming FAA members using FAA's e-mail system, and luring them to ArtPal with a supposedly better deal. I received the spam, and took the bait as far as visiting their page, and realizing they were not a properly equipped art selling site.
