I rate this site as better than good: Excellent. The people ask customers about their experiences. They also think about much-needed material for all those who may need it during important times of the year, such as the time when to read the Chapter of Manna, or even the prayer parents would say any children with less fortunate developmental challenges. I have dealt with Artscroll for several years now and they are reliable and trustworthy. They have always been easy to work with and if I've made a stupid error, like ordering something more than once and then wanting to return it, there has never been any issue about either getting a full refund or a credit to use on another product. I find them quite enjoyable to deal with. I've started a few businesses of my own, that thankfully have succeeded, sold them and moved on into other areas. I even began an e-commerce firm in '92, long before e-commerce was even a term and it makes me happy to see that others who could simply say 'you bought it, you own it' take the time to make their customers happy, that's the sign of a good business and they're becoming less prevalent these days, especially online.
