Is asseenontv.com Safe?

Apparently the people writing reviews are almost as dense as this site. Who orders Aviator sunglasses from a TV advertisement anyway....and then gets scammed over the phone? Try to void this site and any business deals with the idiots who buy stuff here. God bless you.

Put in my information and clicked continue and immediately went to receipt page for $33.95. No confirmation of order. Did not receive any email and account was not charged. Thought that it didn't go through so I was relieved I didn't lose 34 dollars on something that was supposed to cost 17. Well 3 weeks later my account was charged, still no email so I called customer service to ask why and was told that I ordered 2 and they were just shipped out. So I was unable to cancel my order. Very shady website. Buyer beware

I cancelled an order for the Aviator Sunglasses seen on TV, these creeps transferred me to a guy who scammed me into joining TLG Shopper and TLG Great Fun. I had to cancel my credit card and will escalate this to the FTC. I didn't even know who these companies were until I did an internet search after seeing my statement. They promise you gas cards, pre-paid Visa cards, and never deliver. Stay away.

Make you product selection and fill out your information on screen 1, click submit and you just bought it. I ordered the buy one get one free with the $5 upgrade for thicker fleece and my anticipated cost of $24.95 ballooned to $106, and I wasn't allowed to review the total cost (with shipping) before I decided to buy it. And getting them to cancel the order is very very difficult. Avoid this site and this product. Danger!!!!!!!!!!!

Their site says that they offer 1,400 of the 'finest' products. Do people honestly believe they go in and rate these products independently to insure quality? I guess I don't really need to write this though, as anybody using WOT is probably around college age and has common sense.
