I placed an order for the Backjoy. My credit card was charged immediately. In two weeks of phoning, no human was able to tell me when my order might ship. A mechanical voice told me that my order was "in process." Since this appliance was needed to alleviate severe back pain, a wait of undetermined length is not acceptable. The product is offered with a 30-day money back guarantee. That assumes that the company has product available to ship. I don't expect to see the app. $60 my credit card was charged. Mastercard wanted me tgo supply crren shots and copies of the company's guarantee. I have already wasted too much time. No wonder the USA economy is in deep trouble.
