I have known the folks at ***** who is locally known as the Brain And Spine Institute of California for some time and they are a great, helping people with serious back problems and very much safe spine care practice in California. They certainly deserve a good report.

I really believe this website is one of the best around for information on spine and pain care. I know the content writers and they spend a lot of time going to authorities on the topics they write about to get the best and most accurate information to their readers. I sincerely believe this going to be one of the 'authority" sites for spine and pain information.

I've been able to watch testimonials in which I have actually met the patient liaison that works for basic as well. Everything from the consultation to setting me up with chiropractic and physical therapy to avoid surgery was amazing. They definitely didn't want me to have surgery either! Which was a great thing to hear. I commend BASIC for such a job well done. So professional and genuine about my care. Thumbs up!

The BASIC Spine site was extremely helpful in helping me understand different aspects of back pain. The way the site presented the information was easy to understand unlike other sites I've visited. I liked the fact that they had real people for their testimonials. People that I could relate to.

I use this site to help with health and back pain issues. I find myself reading mostly the blogs they post as they offer simple yet effective information. They have a newsletter they send out every 90 days and is not over done. Use this site if you have pain problems. I would compare to a smaller webmd
