Is beautybible.com Safe?

Entered a competition on this apparently-professional site. Competition page code decided to send the info as an email, in other words posing as myself sending an email to their servers. Yahoo Mail hadn't certified this email, since it was faked by their servers, yet their stupid IT team had set it up to do it like this - sending it to an email handling software that promptly rejected the 'email' for being non-certified by Yahoo Mail (and rightly-so, that part of the logic). I had to waste my time working this out (and checking that the strange undelivered / mail returned notice was actually 'genuine'). There is no 'Website Feedback' link on the website, no clue as to who coded the site, nor how to complain about website problems (i.e. give FREE technical consultation out of my time). It is an untrustworthy organisation that pays for incompetence, but is too stupid to allow competent feedback for free... put it that way.
