Would give it a zero if I could! A lousy waste of time & they want your email & you get nothing from them!

scam - wasted 10 minutes of my time just to let me know I need to pay for its "results" it supposedly found if I actually want to see them. Uh huh

"Sorry, you have been blocked" "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." I didn't do anything, I entered this site for the first time, and immediately after entering I was marked as a bot. lol

You know, I got that feeling in my gut. Can't trust it.

trash pay me scam

I tried putting a phone number in the website's system but after all that searching and waiting, it says I have to pay to view the information. It says that it takes a lot of effort, time, and money to do this which is why it's payment required but I don't trust this website at all. It already looks suspicious and the info it's claiming to search is scary.

Virus and Fake information

Obviously stealing people's information. Made me wait 5 minutes just to take me to a screen requiring payment to see search results.
2
The numerous spam doorway sites leading to this site and the fake Norton trust seal are sufficient evidence of a scam. Risks: tracking, spam, financial fraud, identity theft. Do not provide any financial or personal data.

After about 10 minutes of clicking through screens, I finally arrived at the bottom line: USD$22.86 for a month's membership. If you want to pay this, find, go ahead. I didn't.

If you search here you will get malware in your computer

They show a series of slow-moving progress bars, but I believe all they're really doing is wasting my time. After that, they want my personal and payment (?!!) information before they show me this report that they supposedly spent the last several minutes generating. I believe they're just trying to suck us in with the progress bars (which move suspiciously smooth, BTW), then try to get us to commit because we already "invested" all this time through the so-called searches.

Total scam. Christopherwh's review is planted. Eloquent defense...and he's never reviewed anything else. So, you know, just looking here, that they're out and out liars. With an attitude. You're "lazy" if you expect this site to do what it claims. You should just give your credit card to scammers and smile. Yeah. They're THAT arrogant. After reading this, go there, and you deserve what you get.

I got exactly what I expected to get - information. This site requires a membership fee to get full benefits, nothing unusual or "shady" about that, UNLESS you're someone who expects everything should be free. If a site requires a fee or membership and you don't want to pay it, then keep it moving until you find one that's free. It's really that simple. Also people, the information Beenverified generates is only as good as the info. put out there by the actual owners or third parties. For instance, I looked up myself and found most of my previous addresses, but I also found aliases(names that I have supposedly used). The names were clearly misspellings of my actual name that probably came about due to a mistake on the end of a third-party individual, such as when I was applying for credit or something along those lines. So when mistakes occur they will usually be made public and sites like Beenverified will report on it, so yes, it may report inaccurate information but sometimes you have to do a little legwork and have a general idea of what you're looking for or do a little deeper research to ferret out the correct info., because the accurate info. is generally right along side the inaccurate. Bottom line? I've had very positive experiences with Beenverified(I also don't mind the membership fee) it's given me invaluable information. It helps to remember that everything you don't agree with or that doesn't work exactly the way you expected it to isn't a scam. Stop being lazy.

BeenVerified does cost money, but the surface information does appear to be mostly correct. It's not very up to date. However, there are easily better websites that can do this without the hassle of paying.

I used this site to see what was posted about me. I started by entering my name. A "gathering information" message appeared and a progress indicator. 2-3 minutes later, I got to choose from a large list of names based on relatives and addresses. Since I know who I am, I could pick myself out. Others might get stuck here. Next, there was 2-3 more minutes of "gathering information" while a progress indicator EVENLY crossed the screen. This is highly suspicious in itself since it is impossible to predict how fast queries will be answered. Still, I proceeded. Next, another step. You must create an account to see the reports. Being suspicious now, I did but using a bogus name. After creating the account, I thought I would get some information. No. Instead, I got a screen that offered PAYMENT OPTIONS to open the reports! I could not even verify I had the right person without paying. Worse, there was no hint of the quality of the reports. I did not expect complete information for free. But misleading progress indicators, being made to wait over 5 minutes, and then having to pay before seeing anything all raise RED flags. A legitimate site should state costs up front, allow you to confirm you have the right person before paying, and should provide example reports. This site failed on everything, For this reason, I give this site a LOW trust rating. I'm staying away.
