It took 1.5 months for an item to get here. (US) Although item appeared to be the same, it was not. The item pictured was an LED clock which used either 240V OR 4 AA batteries. The item sent was only 240V, which of course is nigh unto useless in US. It did not have option of being battery operated. I am not going to try and return it because paying shipping to Hong Kong and hoping they actually get it and give me a refund, would be thowing good money after bad.

Two items bought, no one received after 2 months !!! And no refund issue !!! !!! NEVER BUY THERE !!! !!! JUST CROOKS !!!

I've used this site several times - quality of produce varies, I avoid anything too advanced that can go wrong. Otherwise the customer service have been great, and any problems have been fixed without any issues. I will use this site again and would recommend to others (with some caveats.)
