Is betonusa.ag Safe?

Short story: They stole my money and my friend said they now charge $40 to cash out. Longer story: I placed a 'future' bet on Barry Bonds not being a first ballot Hall of Famer at at 2:1 and then when it finally happened no money was added to my account. I contacted their web chat 'customer service' to see when it would be applied and they said they had no records of it and wouldn't have offered a bet that takes that long (at which point I had to explain what the bet was, how it was a future bet, and why it took longer than expected). The 'customer service' only gave me replies of 'you should have contacted us sooner' (I was talking to her the day after it was announced Bonds wouldn't be inducted into the HOF on the first ballot), and 'what is your wager ID #'? Which I clearly didn't have since it's been years after I made this bet. I've changed email addresses more than once and have inadvertently deleted emails I wanted to save, but I don't even recall getting any kind of confirmation email for the bet (or any of the other ones I've ever made on the site, for that matter). What is especially appalling is that they don't have records of it. This site is a scam. They flat out stole my money.
