Is bh.zain.com Safe?

My experience with zain has been very painful. First with the e-GO which barely worked. After much negotiation with Zain they admitted their mistake and refunded my money. Then they phoned few weeks later and apologized for the bad experience and suggested that I try their new service (WiMax) called Zain@home. So I thought why not give it a try especially that they're nice. I ordered my zain@home package and within 4 days they got me hooked up. Then came the real experience. They installed their kit just on the last hours of the last day before a long holiday (independence day , Christmas, and new year 16 Dec onward ) the problem is the techies discovered that there was a problem with the router and it needs replacement but since the holiday is next day they can't do anything about it and I had to wait till after the public holiday to check on the status. It took them 2 weeks to send someone to fix the problem. That's one month without service then when it came back it was like Sh#t. Regular disconnection, slowness and in general not reliable at all. I complained, and complained. Now 16 months later nothing has changed and the company refuses to refund me or admit its lack of service. 16 months of 100% payments against 10% of the service that I'm getting. here is a prove for you: ***** just follow the link and you'll see what I mean.
