They offer software who don't do anything like promised, with multiple names and spamming "tutorials" on youtube.

I have tried out their software Bigasoft Total Video Converter, and before I installed it I scanned it with my antivirus and no malware was found and when I converted a few test videos and even videos for my YouTube channel, it worked out great and fine. The site may have low reputation due to it being spammed on forums but on the other hand, their software is great and useful. So as a conclusion, let's be fair MyWOT users. I gave the site a 4/5 trustworthiness and no child safety rating since there aren't any unsuitable content for children nor there will be.

Downloaded free trial, scanned executable beforehand, antivirus froze install process and cleaned the virus. Do not touch this.
