No bad expierence. I have a ***** Address since ***** Just sad, that when you go to www.bigfoot.com, you don't have any link to the mail services. Only through google, you come to www.bigfoot.net

I've also been using Bigfoot e-mail, but for about 10-11 years. The forwarding is easy to switch on, off, or to a different account. Yes, they do have an aggressive spam filter and a few good e-mails don't make it through - but that's the reality with all spam filters. Sometimes Bigfoot customers do get their e-mail addresses "used" by spammers, but the accounts are not "hijacked." But this happens with most e-mail servers, anyway.

I do not know if they collect information or not, but I have been using them as my mail forwarding service for over 6 years with only good and reliable results. I continue to use them as do a number of my friends.

SPAM filters non existant on their webmail and impossible to kill mail forwarding.

Bigfoot "...software automatically collects certain information from your computer (including your Internet address, browser type, operating software, computer language and e-mail type and other computer registry information). You agree to allow Bigfoot, through its software, to obtain this information..." I am suspicious of the site's purpose re: sharing user data.
