Is bigmen.com Safe?

Never trust this seller.. Even when they tell you that they have stock they don't have any stock, therefore be prepared for long shipping delays! Most of their items are over prices.. all their dress shirts are "Modena" (label taken off, many are used second hand with very terrible modifications).. if you look for dress shirts look somewhere else for authentic modena not the fake used one that they sell for twice the cost.

This store consistently gives bad customer service. Once again I've called an order in over the phone and was told that that what I wanted is in stock and will be shipped within a day or two. It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order so I just called to see what's going on and once again I'm told that one of my items is on back order from their supplier. Some of my previous orders have had more than one item on back order (even though I was told they were in stock). Last time I had this problem I read the customer complaints logged with the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau. This company doesn't really seem to care how it treats its online and/or over the phone customers. As for myself, so far I haven't lost any money with this company, but getting a refund from this company can take a very long time even though their website says it will be processed within 30 days. One of my refunds took about 2.5 months. The quality of their merchandise is good but overpriced. I would still be wary of doing online or over the phone business with them. Charged for an order that was never shipped. When contacted, told I could only get store credit. Called for that order and they never fulfilled it. When I have called, they say that the employee who handled my order is just part-time and is never there to answer my questions.
