Is bluevm.com Safe?

I have been with them for over a year and have 7 VPS' with them most I don't even use, recently they suspended one of my VPS' without notification, when I questioned days later they claimed I had used 100% CPU for days and had been sending spam, funny thing was NodeQuery shows the CPU for the past 30 days has been <5%, all logs indicate no unauthorized connections were made and no spam was sent, I since decided to leave them and have requested cancellation of all my VPS' with them (when they expire). Recently I noticed another one of the VPS' was offline, when checking on their control panel yet again it said it was suspended by staff, to date I have not been notified, I wasn't even using it (it has ubuntu 14.04 with automatic updates setup and only running Litespeed and has no content only the default Litespeed page nothing more, no root login allowed, SSH port changed even and fail2ban and other security implementations) NodeQuery shows no indication and since I have already decided to leave them I have no interest in contacting them to hear their lies so it can stay suspended til it expires. So my honest comment is, give them a try if you wish, but don't be surprised if they suspend your VPS without notification for untrue reasons and take days to respond to tickets to reactivate it. I often also notice a lot of CPU ST (steal time) on some of the VPS' this is obviously due to overselling and abusing by their other clients yet my VPS' get suspended when I use less than 5% of the resources I paid for. Anyway I'm done with them and just though I would warn others. Heed my warning or not its up to you, they are so cheap though you should probably give them a try and see for yourself. I now have several VPS' with OTHER providers (no point in naming them here) and haven't had a days trouble with any of them (although its only been a few months now).
