Is bokcenter.com Safe?

After I had requested "Best Lower Level Or Floor" tickets, I realized I had been sold REAR VIEW tickets that were in the blacked-out area of the seating chart. I assumed it was a computer error, since no one in there right mind considers Rear View seating as any thing but lousy seats, since you can't see two thirds of the concert. When I asked ror different seats, or even to UPGRADE, I was told I could do one of three things. 1. Sell the (bad) tickets, and buy new seating. 2. Go to the concert, even though the seats were horrible. 3. Eat the $250.00 the tickets cost. I recomend driving as far as you need to to deal with reputable ticket sellers. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THE BOK! Even the Assistant Manager refused to help. My daughter was in tears at missing most of the first two acts.

BOK Center sold me three tickets in an area BLACKED OUT on their seating chart, when I had asked for BEST LOWER LEVEL OR FLOOR. We could not see the first two acts because of screens, speakers, etc. We saw more of the main act, because Kenny Chesney removed the back screen, but 95% of his act was from the back. These "rear view" seats were horrible! The BOK refused to change or upgrade my tickets. Even if its legal, it's in very poor taste.
