Even if you are logged out. If you put your Twitter name in a web search and look for it. It will appear here in this forum. The general public can read everything you post. Some of it is of a sensitive nature. Poor site. Contact Us button takes you to a form that wants all your information, Most are articles and forums are about medical advice. There is no authoritative source. People take important health information they should be getting from their doctor. Picked a paragraph of text, copied it into a browser window and found it on other sites.
