Is bookvip.com Safe?

Purchased a vacation to Las Vegas for my son's 21's birthday. Paid in full for vacation, I "qualified" as per their rules. I then paid for our airfare for the whole family. Days later, confirm my reservations with the resort, only to hear I don't "qualify" and my reservation is cancelled! I was immediately transferred to BookVIP and had an absolute BS conversation. I eventually accepted they were a POS company and asked for a refund. And they refuse to give me my money back! They say I can use toward a future trip. In which I NEVER want to use them EVER AGAIN!!!! And I'm not fighting for a refund!! Please save yourself the stress. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! It's a complete and total SCAM!

It IS scam! The offers are VERY good and they asking your name and credit card info... Don't be serprise to see after formal sell sugesstion to call ***** is not booked yet...and NEVER WILL BE ! Expect next day banch of calls from marketers with fony offers and start blamin yourself :(

This site advertises some GREAT deals. However, there's a catch. You MUST be married AND you MUST attend a timeshare presentation. I could not find any information on the website about this, perhaps it comes after you provide your credit card number. I asked the question on their facebook page, they removed the question and BLOCKED me.
