Boots is a reliable store for health, beauty, and pharmacy products. I love the variety of items they offer, from skincare to vitamins, and the convenience of their online shopping. Delivery is usually fast, and I’ve had good experiences with their customer service.

Great experience shopping on Boots.com! The site is easy to navigate, and I found everything I needed quickly. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was secure. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the product descriptions could use more detail.

The Boots website does not discriminate whatsoever between actual medicine, and quackery. They sell "homeopathic" sugar pills alongside actual medicines (1). They sell blue LEDs for £275 and claim they somehow cure your pain, not that they have any evidence for that of course (2). Buyer beware - this company cannot be relied upon to provide worthwhile information, and do your own research. I got bought two glasses, they both had to go back a number a number of times and they even switched to another laboratory and I still have problems see through the lenses, looking through the bottom of the bifocals the magnification varies in differet parts of the lense unlike my previous glasses from another optician based over the internet and was a lot cheaper. They didn't even check the instructions I gave specific to one pair of glasses which they wrote down on the instructions that went with the order. So I am never going back there again.
