Costs a lot to phone them - they are dictatorial & do not accept their own errors - I was made to pay for 9 items in a set that only had 7 in it - Never again will I purchase from them.

I found this site December last year and ordered a special gift for my baby nephew. Payed an extra £10 for guaranteed delivery by Christmas, but it didn't arrive until the middle of January! These jokers ruined Christmas for me, leaving me angry and upset. After sales support is non existent and they didn't refund my £10 delivery charge either. I will never buy from this company again. I researched their background (RiskDisk) and found they're worth nothing. I'm surprised they're still running. Also, If you buy from these, expect to receive TONNES of JUNK MAIL through the post. They sent me around 3 letters a week advertising their rubbish. AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID!!!
