First, this is a technically safe site to visit. Second, it's one of the oldest and most respected Alt News sites on the Internet. (It started the same year as the Drudge Report.) If you like your news from Fox, CNN, and MSNBC, you're going to hate this site. If you want well documented stories about what's really going on in America and around the world, it's worth a look. Note: I have been a subscriber since 1997 with a unique address and have NEVER received any promotional mail. If your email box is not secure any spammer can go into it any time and grab all your addresses which is probably what happened to the person making the complaint.

Apparently brasscheck sold or gave away my email address, as I started gettting spam emails for Levitra. I know it was brasscheck because I used a unique email address when signing up, as I do for all subscription sites.
