J'ai pris un Paris-Tel Aviv à 180 € AR, réservé en ligne, mais au moment de la confirmation @, on s'aperçoit qu'ils ajoutent des "frais de dossier" de 39,80 €. Ni vu, ni connu. Une plainte sera déposée ; après que au téléphone ils donnent des "raisons" pour qu'on ne puisse pas déposer plainte ou se rétracter sous 14 jours... DES ESCROCS!

MESSY AND CONFUSED I got an email as confirmation of my booking, I try to do the online registration and it does not work, TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WORKING AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I try to get informations about the flight and the phone numbers of the international customer service are paid services with prices up to 6,10 euro); NOT ANSWERING TO MY EMAILS I have emailed them to ask some informations about my booking,I did't receive any answer.

J’ai parcouru le site à la va-vite et je dirais que les tarifs de billets d'avion pour le Royaume-Uni sont plus ou moins abordables. Si vous pensez à faire un voyage dans ce pays, je vous suggérerais de vous y rendre entre le 20 et le 26 avril. Vous paierez moins cher !

Quand je choisir la carte pour paiement, ils ajoutent 50 euros pour admin. C'est le connerie.

Annonce un prix frais administratifs compris puis au moment de payer prend 17 euros de frais administratifs en plus. Pourquoi ne pas l'annoncer tout de suite ?

Aucun des prix affichés lors de la selection d'un vol n'est en réalité conclu sans un surplus de 50% du prix initial.
