Sveriges sämsta kundservice, långa väntetider i telefon, när man ska maila dom till e-post då skall man ringa kundservice, hur kam man ringa när det är långa köer? Rekommenderar ej bredbandsbolaget.

Since ***** the operator use questionable methods. I left them a couple of months ago impossible to get a hold of them. They still want to bill me (i was a customer for many years) , im worried the next step is "inkasso" which other customers have experience from , because im not going to pay what I dont have or use This seems to have become common practices, alot of people experiencing the same thing.
