Is britsuperstore.com Safe?

Same experience as others. Delivery held up for a month for no reason. When chased they didnt deliver the product, but a demand for more money and an insistence that I travel out to the delivery company's office to bring them the extra money. Even if I agree to pay they wont deliver I have to go to collect. Dont want to rent a car to pick up something I've been charged 69 pounds for delivery! And now they're being cagey on the refund. Saying they cant predict when it will be issued as it relies on the parcel being returned to them. Why is my refund delayed because of their terrible logistics which I have no control over? They failed to deliver the product. They have confirmed they will never deliver the product. I should be issued an immediate refund

Ordered some De-Cafe Yorkshire Tea Bags 2x 180 £25.00 (ouch!!) but where we where camping in Spain we couldn't get any and the wife can only drink De-Cafe!, Britstore seemed a fairy professional set up apart from very curt email contact!!, I ordered and tracked UNTIL I received a email from Spanish customs asking me to fill forms in etc !!! A bit difficult while camping and totally unexpected as I assumed by paying more and using a company like this the import part was all taken care of ? I contacted Britstore for help BUT was basically told (curtly) that as I signed there disclaimer to customs issues etc. I would not get any help, refund (even though my package will be returning to them) or help to sort the forms out !!! I have since been to the camp site office and printed the forms, tried to go on the websites indicated but it's impossible to sort it out as I have to have an address in Spain and it will also not accept my passport number so I cannot open an unnecessary account ...... basically I lose out, so please BEWARE AND DO NOT WAST YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY your better off getting a relative or friend to send them out.

I recently placed an order with this company. When it arrived some of the goods were damaged. I immediately sent an email and received a response within an hour. This was swiftly followed by a partial refund within MINUTES of being told I would receive one. This company is definitely one I shall keep using.
