Is bumpkey.us Safe?

This company has received hundreds of complaints over the past couple of years for charging people's credit cards and not shipping the products they ordered. Check the Better Business Bureau for the complaint history. I contacted the United States Postal Inspection Service and the person I spoke with checked a listing of consumer fraud complaints used by law enforcement agencies. That list also has a very large number of alerts against this company. Interestingly, their Facebook page also has angry postings from customers they have ripped off. They have a sophisticated-looking website that lists a street address for their supposed shop, but actually they operate out of a storefront where people rent boxes for receiving mail. The Florida Attorney General's Office has been advised. I'm sure it is only a matter of time before this company is busted for consumer fraud. P.S. After an investigation, my bank refunded the money they took from my credit card for the product they never sent.

I can't comment about child safety and privacy since my children did not deal with them. I can comment that the product was as described and came within a reasonable amount of time, about 1 week. I think if they used UPS instead of the USPS the item would have been delivered faster and with better tracking.
