Is buydig.com Safe?

I bought a 2TB external hard drive. They sent thorough USPS without certified mail so it got lost in mail. (It says it got left at front door of my apartment) Contacted Customer Service and what they did was do an investigation with USPS, and concluded that it was delivered correctly! And now they are accusing me for fraudulent activity and going to do an investigation on that! How rude. It was supposed to be a bday gift from my girlfriend and buydig left me with horrible feelings. I have sent a mail asking how is the investigation going, but they never gave me a response. I do not trust this site and won't recommend to anyone who live in apartment complex. Just spend few more dollar at amazon.

Buydig are liars and pulled a price baiting scam last week. Deal ends November 8 at 11:19 am ET. “ I looked at it on the night of the 6th, was going to buy it the next morning, then they changed the price on the 7th to $250, a full day before the end of their sale date. If that is not bait and switch then I do not know what is. They were never out of stock on this item, they simply upped the price by 50 bucks over 24 hours before the sale end date. I have a report with the BBB about them. This should, and is, against the law in a lot of states. I certainly cannot walk in a store with an ad flyer good til a certain date and have them not honor the price, they would be sued for false advertising. And that is exactly what buydig did. When I emailed them about it, they purposely took 48 hours to respond, then simply said: "Dear xxxxx, I apologize, we no longer have this item available at that price. - buydig" Unbelievable. These guys are criminals.

I do a lot of business witn Amazon.com. I use an email address that I gave to Amazon and nobody else. Any company that sells on Amazon agrees not to use customer email addresses for any purpose other than fulfillment of an order. The last time was that I got anything from buydig was in December, 2011. It's now July ***** Now I'm getting spam from them, sent to my Amazon email address. It's pretty clear that they are not following up on an order in process

I have purchased products from buydig.com and had a very good shopping experience without any problems. I bought a samsung lcd tv from them and it shipped very promptly it actually arrived in 2 days. When the shipping was for five days,also they saved me a lot of money compared to buying it locally.
