Is buyireland.com Safe?

Ordered on ***** and was told document was sent out on ***** and to give 7-15 working days. Contacted them after the 15 days and they refuse to answer any of my emails. They did send an email with an attachment stating I can’t print this out in the meantime. Um, no. It’s a gift. I’m not giving a print out to someone as a gift. They tried using COVID as an excuse as to why it “may take longer”. Sorry not buying it. I’ve ordered large items from across the country and out of the country from other companies AFTER making this purchase and still received it in a weeks times, using Usps with no rush on it. So, I’m not buying the whole “may be longer due to covid. I would not recommend purchasing from this site. They cut off all contact and will not respond. I disputed the charge with my bank.
