Is buykud.com Safe?

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Be careful about purchasing from BuyKud.com!!! For a purchase of 2 cotton denim skirts, which cost me $120.89, their commercial invoice declared "1 women cotton linen dress" valued at "USD: 30" In my attempts to return the two skirts and receive a purchase price refund, BuyKud first responded: "how about we offer you a discount or free shipping for your next order and you keep the items." When I pointed out to them how ridiculous their offer was, I was instructed to "calm down." When I persisted with another email, BuyKud responded: "when you return these two skirts ,please declared the value of $15 to cut cost ,hope you could cooperate with us." I've responded to their latest proposal with my rejection of their request to be complicit in their lawlessness. Beware, friends, and shop elsewhere!

They have the worst customer service, orders take weeks if not months to arrive, and returns are often impossible. Communication is terrible. Clothes are often completely different from the listed photos and of poor quality. They usually don't respond to emails but will respond to Facebook comments and messages. They have an unusually long list of complaints. Just a nightmare.
