Is buysquad.com Safe?

Ordered 65in tv w/ free shipping.  Received email requiring to call to verify order.  Besides slow!!! customer service, wanted to add $62 for shipping insurance. Cancelled order. i believe free shipping is dock to my front door - industry std.  I consider this false advertising at best.

Used Google to price shop for a TV.Buy Squad seemed to have the best price. I placed the order, entering in both billing and shipping information into the online form. They follow up with an email saying "For your safety and security, please call us at (phone number) to verify and confirm your order details." This appears to be where the bait/switch occurs with the "FREE Std Freight" shipping. They proceed to want to charge extra for insurance. Their claim is that they don't know what to charge for shipping until they know where the item is being shipped to. Refer back to where I entered ALL this information online when I placed the order. While trying to speak to the customer service rep about this, he interrupted me multiple times while I was in mid-sentence. Hello? Does anyone who does proper customer service interrupt their customers in mid-sentence? In the end, I just had them cancel the order. I don't need that kind of aggravation.I found a comparable unit from another vendor that I was content with instead.

Buy Squad Inc. is synonym of huge fraud. They offer products they don't have for the best price, take purchase's money and steal it. Before I place my order, I saw good comments of Buy Squad Inc. at internet but now I know all are fake. In Dec. 5th, I bought one Sharp 90 inches TV at Buy Squad web store, order # ***** and had paid $ 6,245.98 by wire transfer on Dec 6th. Now, Dec 27th I know I was victim of a huge fraud. They took my money, did not deliver my order and do not answer e-mails or phone calls.
