Never ordered from them but their downtown store is great! good prices staff are fairly helpful and overall a good experience.

Usually the best price locally as this chain sells at Toronto prices throughout most of Southern Ontario.

My experience with them is limited solely to buying computer components and peripherals. That being said, they're the only store I'll shop at when I'm looking to build a new computer and don't want to wait for items to ship from online retailers.

Good prices and products. As far as the Typo on their site, this is one item I understand is or maybe back order and well explained : From their product page for Klipsch 2.1 Pro Media : Online Availability: In Stock This product is available in limited quantities. Due to limited supplies we may be unable to fulfill your order. Order today and we will attempt to ship it within 2-5 business days. Maybe read all of the print on the product page.

I waited over a month for speakers gave up and canceled my order don't order special order Behringer speakers from them unless you want to wait a long time also they never sent even one e-mail notifying me the speakers where on back order I had to call them 3 times an e-mail from them would be nice ordered October 4th gave up on November 12 had to rent speakers for Halloween party $100 wasted last time ill buy anything from Canada computers I should have known better then to order from them they have huge spelling errors on there web site this is copied and pasted from there web page Online Availability: Special Order This product is a special order item. I have delt with them often. Very fast shipping no issues. Items always well packaged and in excellent condition. Haven't dealt with support yet. You can pay with credit, online banking, online checks ...
