Is candid-hd.com Safe?

It is completely true what others say. 100% a scam. At one point, a decade or so ago, if you ordered a DVD, you actually received it. Now (2024), however, they just collect your money without sending you anything. And good luck trying to cancel a subscription. It will never happen. Take it from someone who has learned the hard way - multiple times. Stay away from this site. I know it looks and acts legit, but it isn't. Trust me. You're welcome.

This website is a fraud. If you order anything, you'll never receive it. Don't be fooled by the professional look and the "artwork" they send you. It is a ruse to lure you in. They never reply to emails. Believe the messages of the people below. And on your credit card bill Candid-HD appears; they lie about that, too. They are thieves, no more, no less.

Warning: once they got your credit card number, they will not stop withdrawal. They do not react on Mails and their online contact form once you have signed up. The site content is highly questionable, video performance is slow. They If you haven't signed up so far, you are lucky! As of April 2020, even my credit card company wasn't able to stop the monthly charges. Will need to cancel my card.

Same experience as others, tried to cancel but over 20 emails sent were all unanswered, Threatened to sue them still unanswered. Kept charging my credit card for six months, tried many ways to stop the charges, but the credit card company told me the only thing they could do was contact the bank where the charges originated. I then told them to cancel my card. Stay away from this site, it is run by criminals.

Some good content but realised some other content was questionable in regards to age of featured nudists. Continued to charge credit card after cancellation of membership. Emails ignored. I had to cancel credit card to avoid charges. Reported site for freud. NEVER sighn up to this

Continuous spam, they don't hold their promise "simply send a mail to be removed from mailing list", first simply because the return email address does not exist. This site sends you spam even after 10 requests and warning. to stop. Signaled to spamcop. Avoid absolutely to click on any page. Potentially underage content !

As the other reviewers mentioned, it was very difficult to cancel the subscription. Athough I had sent the cacellation request more than 10 times for over one month, they just ignored it (no reply to the request at all) and continued to bill the fee on my credit card. The last resort I could do was to close my credit card account. This is what they say in thier web site (Renewal, Cancellation, & Terms of Service page), but I found that it's NOT true. " You are free to cancel your membership renewal at any time after the initial period. Contact us via our Contact Us page - and provide your order number, user ID for the Member's Area, and reason that you'd like to cancel your membership. Your cancellation becomes effective on the next monthly renewal date after we receive."

The Worst Organised site ever. IF you want a subscription make sure you read the small print and never expect to be able to cancel. You MUST pay for atleast 4 months, and even after that time period they will just refuse to pay any attention to the 15-20 mails you send them asking for refunds. I wouldnt advise anyone to take a subscription with this site.
