Good site. This is an Enterprise site, so no problems.

Regardless of what I may think of Capita's ethics and business practices, WOT's tagline is "Know which websites to trust". WOT's ratings are about the trustworthiness of websites, not about business the website represents.

I agree with "Jazpeak's" comment! http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/capita.co.uk/comment-25239022

While I take on board the comments people have made about the website, as in you are not likely to get a virus or spyware from it, the rating should also reflect the company behind the site. One of Capita's customers, is the BBC, in running its TV licence collection in the UK, for the current princely sum of £580million. On a daily basis they run a campaign of harrassment and intimidation that is very much in a legal grey area. Add to that the falsification of evidence, lying to magistrates and total disregard for the law where it suits them to achieve their business goals puts the company very much in the non trusted bracket. It is totally fair for this site to have a poor rating if it warns potential customers as to the true nature of the company.

Good user experience. Service provided as expected and within the terms of their privacy policy.

I take note of the comments above and that some have tried to defend the company, however, to limit the scope of WOT to what has been suggested I think is a little black and white. The categories of comment are rather broad, yet, sensible and I do think the initial comments on the thread - though somewhat impassioned - were & are indeed correct. This company, although trusted by big business and government departments, is not however trustworthy towards the small investor. Their interactions with the small is dismissive at best and more like manipulative for company gain. Be safe don't go there. Best regards,

Just as a note to others, WoT is designed for rating the trustworthiness of WEBSITES, not specifically the company that runs them. This isn't a place to air your personal views on the company as a whole.

This is a large UK company with over 45000 employees. This website is not in any way a problem...

Hi Jazspeak, when judging a web site, I don't believe you should be concerned with your own opinion about the ethic of the company. The web site in itself is not malicious, illegal or unethical.
