Is careonecredit.com Safe?

My wife and I went through the ENTIRE process with CareOne. We had a handful of cards we needed to take care of. We followed the program and finished it. They saved us thousands of dollars. I would have to state, I'd DEFINITELY use their services again. And that I am MORE then trusting of them. They had access to a large portion of my financial information after all. Obviously though this site is NOT a site for children. It's a SAFE site content wise, but it's a financial page, not a games page. If you find your child at this site, then you might want to check your CC statements a little closer....

Notice how someone gave CareOne a "poor" rating for "Child Safety". That's ridiculous. Someone has an axe to grind with CareOne and is using distortion of the WOT rating as a way to do it. The thing to remember is the people who are clients of CareOne, the responsible, rational ones that is, are very aware that we came to CareOne by our own past irresponsible actions and we're here to face the problems and solve them. There are a lot of people in pain here who lash out because they feel helpless; and I understand that. I used to feel that way too. But if you "work the program" it WILL work to help you, but you have to be patient and most of all, consistent. We didn't get in debt overnight and we aren't going to get out overnight either. (I've been a client for 2-1/2 yrs). Best wishes to all of us who are working hard to free ourselves from debt. Be calm and carry on.
