Is cargowise.com Safe?

This is the corporate website of a well known and well established transportation software vendor. I do not rate sites based on my recommendation of the company, it's products or service offerings, nor its business practices, pricing or customer support. I will leave such comments, recommendations and constructive criticism for sites that deal with that sort of communication. As far as WOT goes, this is a site I trust that has no objectionable content, tracking or anything that I would consider malicious.

The only way to talk to this company regarding a service enquiry is to lodge an 'e-request' form. It's not user friendly and takes additional time to resolve what would otherwise be a 2 minute phone call. Add to this... if you're charged per user to access the system and you only log in to lodge an e-request, it can cost you lots of money (for us over $80). What other business charges you money to ask a service enquiry? We're already charged over $1k for the service per month - why can't they answer a quick call over the phone without charging additional money?
