Is carid.com Safe?

This place sucks!!!! They lie on there web page. There is no customer service they all give you the same response. I ordered seats on November 10 there website says 3 to 5 days. That is a lie!!! I did not get my seats until December 1. Then my order not what I ordered. Don't use these liars.

They are very poor at calling back if the order had a problem --- But taking the money, very helpful. Also, I ask or question WOT. Are you aware the contractions present on this site? The "rating star) is very high, yet the reviews, tell a very different story. If not for the effort placed by myself to unearth the fact, then I would have purchased, once again, something that may or may not repeat itself as an ongoing problem. If I choose not to look beyond the stars, the reviews tell of a very different story, for example, pages 1 - 3.Therefore I ask WOT, do you see or are you allowing to remain in direct conflict with the other rating on the same site? If the consumer is to trust WOT, then this information must NOT be in conflict? Finally, I say consumer beware.

Accused me of identity theft/being a criminal when I tried to make a purchase and demanded a whole bunch of scanned identity documents. I have purchased the same item elsewhere with no hassles just now - so bye bye carid, you will never get a sale from me ever again (I'd rather miss out on an item than be accused of criminal actions).

Warning, They stole me , don't buy from them. They took my money then delay me about 2 weeks. After all that they send me a wrong item. then they didn't give me a refund. DO not BUY from THIS site.
