Ordered a Galaxy S6 Blue 32GB (Blue is exclusive to Carphone Warehouse on contract) with the O2 service, and it went through smoothly, got the phone the next day via DPD, and the service activated before I got the phone! (Was meant to activate within 24 hours after delivery) They do have some good deals, I have 1GB Data, Unlimited Text and Minutes, for £27.50 a month with no upfront cost! Great service, and great prices! Happy to use again.

Bought my son a Sim Free phone last Christmas. And also insured the phone with CPW. Sons phone was Stolen! CPW charged me £60 insurance access. Then sent a Refurbished phone that had clearly already had a bang to it as a replacement. In Total: I'll have ended up paying over £650 for a tatty second hand phone. And... NO! That's not including calls, text, costs etc. Disgusted with the way CPW treats it's customers. I'll never purchase anything from them again. Consider CPW just as much a Thief as the Thief that stole my sons phone.
