Is cashmoneyenvoy.com Safe?

Hello, I am reporting a person by name edwin effiong utibe who via a company by the name of ***** are actually fraudsters stealing people’s money because i was invited by Edwin Effiong of http://www.cashmoneyenvoy.com who i believe is the master mind directing people there, making people believe they are an American company whereas they are Nigerians operating the site and stealing people’s investments. I started investing March 18, 2014 and ran into problem when i forgot my pin to withdraw from the profit made only for them to take forever to resolve it and Edwin Effiong advised me to ask the company to allow me create a new account and have my funds in the old account transfered to another or new account which i did. Initially i invested $121 as advised by Edwin Effiong that it would yield me $1000 within 3 to 7 days. I later invested another $80 plus the $5 i made as the only profit investing the $121 totalling $205 invested which yielded over $10,000 over a period of time plus compounding. I have tried to withdraw from my earnings or even the amount i invested and have gotten no money since i invested in March and this is July. I would like to warn people to steer clear of them because they are fraudsters and steal people’s money. How will it take months to withdraw when it took seconds to deposit and as they promised your withdrawal is instant to 24 hours and this is 5 months now without my money. The first account username was eWealth and despite the fact that the account is cancelled and probably deleted, it still shows that account and my investments when you click on investors stats whereas the new one WealthOrg is not shown at all but i am able to login and see my investments. This shows they are not true. I strongly believe the company is run by Nigerians because if it is a company with worldwide acceptance, names of various people all over the world should be there rather there are more of Nigerian names and i believe fake American and other country names to fool people. I got in touch with edwin effiong to recover my cash and it has been promises and lies till date. I wrote a bad comment about him on nairaland and he asked me to delete before he would help me recover or compensate me. I did and this is a month after and still stories. Beware as he has a new site nairasplash to also use to steal money from people. He will be caught that i know. let us work together to catch him and stop them from preying on us all. Thank you

He duped me a $400.00, promised me that my investment have risen to $1900.00, which I never received.when I threatened him he paid me $250.00 begging me to drop the case.
