They're Google search manipulators. Type a search term into Google and they have code that automatically creates a page specifically for that term, and loads the page with stuff that may or may not have anything to do with what you're looking for. I was looking for "buy gateway laptop bluetooth" and clicked on their link in the Google results. Their page was titled with the exact search term and had a spammy list of laptops all titled "GATEWAY BLUETOOTH" instead of their actual titles and data. Conclusion: disreputable people manipulating Google search results to get you to their site, regardless of what you were actually looking for. It's the equivalent of calling a store to see if they have something and when they say Yes and you go down there, you find every item in the store labeled the same as what you were asking for on the phone, because the owners just wanted to get you in there by hook or by crook.
