Funeral homes use a link to this site for person's experiencing grief and are in need of answers important for their mental health and deeply hurtful experiences. This site - at the top where the large "CONTACT US" is, you are directed to a non-working link with a 404 error. Link to the "bookstore" where items are sold works just well and you almost get lost on that page with items to purchase. The most important thing is where, at the bottom, there is a very sad person, and it say's "have you lost a loved one?" and you click there, only to be redirected to another 404 error, indicating the page no longer exists or has changed locations. The site, for it's advertised purposes, other than to sell books or attend paid seminars is useless to a person seeking online information on grief.
