Is chatandvision.com Safe?

I have been trying to get this supplier to fulfil my small order for a set of headphones since July 2012 or a refund of the purchase price. They are in clear breach of the contract of sale but all my many e-mails just go round in a circle and no-one ever contacts me direct. All I get is automated, no-reply e-mails from Hong Kong. Completely useless customer service and I'm supposed to do all the work in trying to elicit a response. Still trying 9 months later!! My recommendation is don't touch them with a bargepole!

I was on Skype web site and wanted a cam for Skype, clicked on icon for cams and up came a page for purchase etc etc. Bought cam and got sent an email immediately confirming purchase. Read through email and it was from Chatandvision.com. Went to their site, via a link on the email, and found the SAME cam $30 cheaper , now I ask you .......... Was told that Skype has their own price and Chatandvision have theirs, was offered a refund, but I wanted the cam ........ understand so far ? Waited the 10 working days and emailed as to where the cam was, as my account showed still processing. Was told as due to high sale demands because of specials, causing two different prices ? ......... that my order would be processed soon ..............The Chatandvision said it was in stock and delivery would be 3 to 10 working days ............ yeah right ........... nearly 30 days later I receive the cam and find it was sent from Hong-kong, .............. Sorry, not good enough for me, you were deceitful in my books and I will never buy from you again and will never, ever recommend your dealership to any-one
