I have not had a bad experience with this site I made claim and it was payed

Choice Home Warranty has it good and bad points. I had to call twice and pay twice to get my Dryer fixed because the first time the control board was on back order during the lock down and it never came in. When I called in to check on the status they said it was over their time limit thus another service call fee. I had another issue where my heater was constantly running and I called them. They stated the condenser had a leak which was going to have to be replaced. They stated the A/C and heater was going to have to be replaced because the new condenser was using the new freon. They stated I was going to have to pay almost $3500 even though my contract covers the A/C, Heater, plumbing etc.

I see the warnings on WOT and have been very careful with this company, but today, May 31, 2018 I had the 2nd repairman to my home and can't be more pleased. Ordering repair online is easy and surprisingly quick in arranging appointments.

I'm not sure why this site is getting so many terrible ratings - they're a service company that does exactly what they say they will. We've never been overcharged, never had problems with their service. Everything is explained very well and upfront. Their contract is very easy to understand, and their site has never been anything but helpful.

First of all, this is a scam. They promised me one thing and they stole my money from my account. They did not do anything for me, My worst customer service experience. Avoid using this horrible company. They are a bunch a liars. I wasted $ 80.00 for nothing. A technician came to our home to evaluate the garbage disposal condition, and he contacted the headquarters of this company and they denied to fix it, and it was in the contract. Do not pay attention to their lies!!!!

This "Home appliance warranty" scammer phishes for personal information over an unsecured connection, and sends unsolicited email via mass spammer ColocateUSA.net. Risks: tracking and spam, credit card fraud, identity theft. Do not provide any financial or personal data.

No idea how these sites got my email address, but I get spam emails a few times a day from them.

Spamvertized STOOGE Site. Spam Distributors, Tracking & Redirection - Possible Illegal Phishing/ID Theft Scams. - Site uses Obscured Redirection URLs to HIDE the true web address. - User beware. Do not become their next victim. - Site is associated with criminals by knowingly violating US Law. *~* Site Willingly and Knowingly Violates the US CAN-SPAM Act by sending or have sent on their behalf UCE "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email accounts, violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act! *~* Why would you trust a company that needs to knowingly send Mass UCE Spam? Which of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business!

Hey "SleepyBunny726", you're either the company or you didn't even bother googling them. They have had the Attorney General and DOJ both file action against them in the past. They have changed their names multiple times. This is a scam, and it's supported by the Department of Justice and Attorney General. STAY AWAY!

When you really need these guys for a big repair, they will not step up to the plate but will rather use any mechanism to weasel themselves out of the claim.
