Is circlist.com Safe?

I'm puzzled on some of the comments here. Since I'm doing a project discussing this matter, I came here to see if the site is dangerous or not and all I see are people mostly down rating it due to false accusations, such as circumcision itself is a fetish mainly. To be honest, I'm not even sure if this is against the site's rules or not. If it isn't, I think people should a little more detail on why you consider the site is a danger. The only person who's stated a good rating here is only somewhat correct. The site did state resources, such as a few books discussing circumcision, but that is not enough resources to help validate unanswered questions in my opinion. My only concern with the site is that I wish it talked about foreskin a little more, as it would help with my class project. They need a Contact us page on the site as well, their only source of contacting them is through a Yahoo group page. I personally wouldn't care though if anyone disagrees with me, I'm giving a viewpoint to those who haven't viewed this site yet as we're all supposed to, not state I vote it bad because I have a problem with it and not give a indisputable argument other than 'sexual fetishes' to further your statement. I hope my comment can help others in any way. I just discovered the site and read two pages so far. If I find any errors, I'll be sure to edit my review and state it. I haven't seen any information that's supporting circumcision, hateful or questionable content, nor ethical since there have been different viewpoints throughout history regarding if circumcision is praiseworthy on moral standards. CIRCLIST basically discussing circumcision history in certain places, styles people have done to remove foreskin, and something called re-circumcision (something I just learned just now from the site). This site is run by CIRCUMFETISHISTS. They are connected with CircInfo.COM and CircInfo.NET - these people are driven by their sexual fetish to promote circumcision in any way possible, even by tricking parents into thinking there are 'benefits' to cutting the healthy genitals of their male children.

This site lists very few of their sources and makes up quotes of famous individuals. For instance, they made up a quote by John Travolta stating that he supported circumcision. I could not find this anywhere on the internet and was annoyed that they would put words in his mouth. It is also extremely biased. It does not even attempt to tell you the other side of the argument. Do not trust this site. Hotcereal, you can continue to belittle others but it just further invalidates your opinion. I hope that you can learn to respect others. It is a shame that you do not act like a mature adult yet considering the fact your are 21 years of age.
